Every carer goes through a mandatory comprehensive training programme as well as refreshers courses. Our staff are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each individual in our care. Before beginning our services, we arrange a comprehensive meeting with the individual or their representative to thoroughly understand and agree upon the required care needs and tasks. Where needed, additional training is available for care staff working with service users requiring more complex care.
Fully vetted
In order to ensure the safety of our customers and their loves ones, our carers are required to have an enhanced DBS. All our carers go through a robust and strict recruitment process.
